Q. What's the minimum order value?
A. Our minimum order is 10 units (bikes).
You can order any number of bikes, as long as
it is 10 or more. The more bikes you order, the
lower the unit cost.
Q. How much do the bikes cost?
A. Please
register and visit our
members area where you can click on the left hand links for
the model you are interested in for the price
guide.
Q. Do you offer a 'single item dropship' service?
A. At this moment in time, no. However,
that is something we're seriously considering
for the future, if the demand is high enough.
If you'd like us to introduce single item
dropship, with delivery direct to your end
users, please contact
us. The more requests we receive, the sooner we'll introduce it.
Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Please
register and visit our
members area where you can access our
delivery page allowing you to obtain a quotation for our deliver tariffs.
Q. How are the bikes delivered?
A. Our Mini Moto bikes are delivered using
the UK national pallet network, all our other
bikes are delivered using a selection of
courier services (such as DHL, FedEX, etc).
Q. How are the bikes packaged?
A. All our pocket bikes are packed in a polystyrene moulded
case in a rigid self supporting cardboard
box. Out dirt bikes are contained in a
sturdy steel frame with cardboard surround
(front wheel removed).
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Delivery times vary depending on where
the stock you order is held (our UK warehouse
or factory in China). Delivery is from 3 days up to 28
days. For a

Q. Can I collect the bikes?
A. No, not usually as the bikes are shipped
direct from port, but please
contact
us if you wish to collect and we may be
able to assist with your request. Normally a
charge will be made for collection.
Q. Do you deliver directly to my customers?
A. That can be arranged, usually at no
extra charge. However, the minimum order of 10
units applies to each delivery address.
Q. What happens if I want to cancel my order?
A. In the event that you wish to cancel
your order within 7 days from the order date a
handling charge of 10% will be incurred.

Q. What about faults, returns, etc?
A. In the rare event of a bike having a
fault, you should inform us in writing as soon
as possible. Please refer to the
‘warranty’ section of our
Terms
and Conditions Page for more information.
Q. Is there a warranty/guarantee with the bikes?
A. Yes. All bikes are covered by the
manufacturers 30 day parts warranty.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We request Bank Transfer for wholesale
purchases. You can pay by credit or
debit card if you purchase a demonstrator
model.
Q. Can I use your images/descriptions?
A. Yes, with our written permission.
